Listings, prices, payment plans, floor plans and images come mostly from developers and owners, and they can change without notice. Images may be for illustration only. Please confirm all details with us before making any decision.

Not financial advice

Market insights and return estimates on our website are general information, not financial or legal advice. Property values can go down as well as up.

Our fees

Browsing the website and booking a consultation are free. If you work with us on a deal, our commission and terms will be agreed in writing, in line with RERA rules.

Use of our content

The text, logo and design of this website belong to Somara Realty. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our permission. Developer names and logos belong to their owners.

Liability

We do our best to keep the website accurate and running, but we can’t guarantee it. Somara Realty isn’t responsible for any loss caused by relying on information on this site.

Governing law

The laws of Dubai and the UAE govern these terms.
